Refund/Return Policy

We accept returns for 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of error on our part).

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Some personalized products are non-refundable.

Once we receive the return, we process the refund within 3–7 business days.
